In order to live our lives to the fullest, we need to be in community with other believers. The “Church” can never truly be the church if we aren’t connected to one another – and to Jesus Christ. Keep in mind that the “Church” is not a building or any particular denomination, but it is the people gathered together in the name of God – the Holy Spirit – to follow Christ and His teachings. There are many ways in which the church is supposed to reach out, but one very important way is through our various communities – one of those is our place of employment.
