Did I Ms. Something in the Color of America?

Hmm.  If running for Ms. America is what you love to do, then do it.  Find your ‘Personal Legend, and live it.  People are faulty….Period.  They will see you, judge you, and talk about it.  Sell you out.  Even if you are a nobody.  If this bothers you…..fight it, fly from it, or become indifferent to it.  If you don’t see it, hear it, think about it…….then it doesn’t exist in the reality you create and accept to be true for you.  Can’t change anyone.  You can change yourself.  Best way to do this is to change your own thinking.  Law of Attraction says you will bring what ever you attract with your thoughts.  If you think, act and talk  positivity, then you will attract the positive.  That’s why it is mute to complain.  That’s why I try to avoid using negatives in word choice (Not, Can’t, Won’t, Never, Don’t…)  When someone asks me a Yes/No question…..I am learning to better answer with a “Yes” qualified answer, rather than No….and excuses.  Makes a difference.  Truth is I would like to better understand the whole Ms. America draw and mentality.  I never saw myself as “the pretty girl,” until my middle age remaking of myself, and in mostly wearing dresses and makeup to my teaching job.  I am T.J. Maxing…..trying on a maximum of 9 item of…..Beauty.  ha ha  FEEL GOOD NOW!  Feeling good pretty well guarantees positivity. So does smiling more, hugging, singing, skipping, laughing, hiking, swimming, walking the dogs, eating wholesome food, drinking water, praising God, feeling Jesus watching with smiling eyes.  This all mostly works…..if I am aware and listening.  When I get really tired, vulnerable……must go to bed.  Sleep.  Mostly it’s pretty great!  The better you feel in and out…….the better you look to yourself and to others.  Never mind the gown and high heels.  Someday, however, I will look stunning in a swim suit.
